Contents: An aqueous suspension of inactivated cultures of Campylobacter fetus subsp. jejuni and intestinalis containing aluminum hydroxide as an adjuvant.
Contains thimerosal as a preservative.
Indications: For vaccination of healthy ewes to aid in the control of ovine genital campylobacteriosis (vibriosis) caused by the subsp. named.
Dosage and Administration: Inject 5 mL subcutaneously in the fold of the skin behind the axillary space, shortly before breeding. Repeat in 60 to 90 days. A booster of 5 mL should be administered annually just prior to breeding or shortly thereafter.
Precaution(s): Shake well to assure even distribution of contents. Store in dark at 2° to 7°C.
Use entire contents when bottle is first opened.
Caution(s): Anaphylactic reaction sometimes follows administration of products of this nature. If noted, administer adrenaline or equivalent.
Warning(s): Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter.
