ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:

DUAL ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Chlorhexidine's exceptionally persistent and broad spectrum antimicrobial properties have led to its recognition as the most effective agent available for surgical scrubbing, hand washing and patient preoperative prepping and skin wound cleansing.

By increasing the level of Quaternium-33 to 1.5%, the result is increased antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.

SYNERGISTIC ACTIVITY: This synergistic combination is not only more effective, it is also very well tolerated with prolonged contact with the skin. The purity of the ingredients makes for a clear blue solution with unequalled bactericidal activity.

USES: ChlorHex-Q Scrub exhibits a broad range of antimicrobial activity. ChlorHex-Q Scrub is a mild scrub containing Chlorhexidine Digluconate and Quaternium-33 that exhibits bactericidal activity against a wide range of micro-organisms.

DIRECTIONS: Wet hands with water. Pour approximately 5 mL of ChlorHex-Q Scrub in palm of hand. Add enough water to make a lather. Lather thoroughly. Rinse thoroughly under running water.

CONTENTS: USP Purified Water, Alkyl Dimethylamine Oxide, Chlorhexidine Digluconate, Polyoxyethylene-6-Coco Amide, Octylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol, Glycerol, Polyethylene Glycol, Quaternium-33, Hydroxyethylcellulose, and FDC Blue #1.
