Porcine Circovirus Vaccine
Type 2, Killed Baculovirus Vector
Indications: Recommended for the vaccination of healthy, susceptible pigs 3 weeks of age or older as an aid in the reduction of lymphoid depletion, inflammation and colonization of lymphoid tissue associated with Porcine Circovirus Type 2 (PCV2). The onset of protection is 2 weeks post-vaccination. The duration of immunity is at least 4 months.
Directions: Shake well before use. Using aseptic technique, administer a single 1 mL dose by intramuscular injection.
Precautions: Store in dark at 35-45°F (2-7°C). Do not freeze. Use entire contents when first opened. In case of anaphylactic reaction, epinephrine is symptomatic treatment. Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter.
Preservative: Neomycin.
