Returns Policy and Procedures
Vaccines and Prescription Drugs:
Federal Law
restriction states that all Prescription Drugs and All Vaccine or Refrigerated products
are non-returnable. If you receive damaged product due to faultily shipping
practices of the carrier, to comply with our carrier expectations and rules please
contact A to Z Vet Supply at 1-800-979-2869 within 48 hours of receipt of your
products so that we may contact the carrier for a full refund of your purchase.
Returning Merchandise:
A to Z wants all of our customers to be happy with their purchases. We
have a 15 day return policy with no questions asked. Please refer to the
following guidelines for returning any products purchased. Please contact us
within 48 hours if you receive a damaged package, so that we keep in compliance
with any carrier credit regulations.
- All returned
products must be in new and resalable condition. Please hold on to all
packaging, instruction manuals, hardware etc. until you are sure that you
are happy with the products you have purchased.
- Any
returned item deemed not to fall within the preceding criteria will be
returned with no credit issued at the customer’s expense.
- If you
need to return merchandise, please call 1-800-979-2869 for a Return
Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions. An A to Z Vet Supply Sales Representative will
need to know what items you are returning and how you plan to return the
item(s). The Representive will give you an RMA number that you will need
to put on the outside of the return box and on a copy of your receipt or
packing slip when returned. Returns need to arrive at A to Z Vet Supply
within 15 days of the RMA number being issued. We suggest that you send
return items by a carrier that requires a confirmed shipping signature. A
to Z Vet Supply can not be held responsible for any mis-delivered or
undeliverable packages.
- Once
your return has been inspected and approved please allow 15 days for
credit to be applied to the credit card used for purchase.
- Full
refunds excluding initial shipping cost are given within 15 days of
purchase and with the intent those purchases come back to A to Z within
the time lines set forth with the RMA issuance and they arrive in
resalable condition. If for any reason you are not happy with the products
purchased and they fall outside of the set forth guild lines you will be
subject to a 25% restocking fee of returnable merchandise. FOB items or
direct manufacture shipped items have different guild lines set forth by
those manufactures.
DROPSHIP Items:
Dropship items are any items
that are shipped by the manufacture or other supplier directly to your
residence or business.
- All
direct manufactured shipped item returns are required to have a Return
Authorization Number issued within 20 days of the date of purchase, unless
otherwise stated on the item’s package.
- To
request your Return Authorization Number, please call 1-800-979-2869,
Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm Central
Standard Time or you may
- Once the
RMA is acquired, you have 20 days to return the item or items.
- All returned
items must be in new, resalable condition including all hardware and
instructional components and in original packaging (if applicable).
- Any returned
item deemed not to fall within the preceding criteria will be returned
with no credit issued at the customer’s expense.
- Once
your return has been inspected please allow 15 days for credit to be
applied to the credit card used for purchase.
- Initial
cost of shipping is not eligible for refund.
- Up to a 25% restocking fee will be
incurred for the following manufacturers: Rambo, Horseware, HorseSense, JorVet, TriTronics, Innotek, HayGain, PlastiCrate, EZ Kennel, Davis Boots, ShelterLogic, Healthline, and Paris Innovations. If you have any questions about Restocking Fees, please call us at 800-979-2868
